General

Q: What is on the agenda for the virtual meeting?
The agenda for the virtual meeting will remain the same as live agenda that was due to take place, with the addition of bonus sessions uploaded post-event. You will have access to these and the sessions from the live conference for 3 months after the event. The virtual portal will open 24 hours prior to the start of the event. You will receive a separate email with a link to the portal, your username, and your password the day before the event begins.

Q: Will all events associated with the meeting be virtual as well?
A: Yes. The virtual meeting will include scientific sessions, innovation theaters, a virtual exhibit hall, and more.

Q: Who do I contact for questions during the virtual event?
A: There will be a live chat during each virtual event to help you navigate and troubleshoot any technical difficulties or confusion.

Registration & Connectivity

Q: How do I register myself for the virtual event?
A: View our registration page for pricing and details.

Q: I previously registered for the 2021 live event in New York City. What will happen to my registration?
A: All current registrants have been automatically registered for the 2021 virtual event. 

Q: What kind of software will be required to view sessions and interact with the experts?
A: The event will be fully web-based, so all you will need is a computer, phone, or tablet and an internet connection. Access details will be shared once available.

Agenda

Q: Will I be able to watch session recordings after the meeting has concluded?
A: Yes. All sessions presented live during the virtual event will be recorded and available for viewing after the event.

Q: When will I receive access to the on-demand content?
A: On-demand recordings of the live sessions will be made available within 48 hours of the live session ending. 

Accreditation

Q: How do I claim credit for participating in the Virtual Congress?
A: The link to claim credits will be available during the virtual event.

Q: I was hoping to see some exhibitors on-site.  Can you send me a list of exhibitors?

Q: My company would like to support the Congress. Are there opportunities available?

Miscellaneous

Q: I am already registered for the face-to-face meeting. What will happen to my hotel reservation?
A: If you booked your room through the Lymphoma, Leukemia & Myeloma Congress website/meeting block, it will be canceled for you. If you booked outside of the block on your own, please reach out to the host hotel directly to cancel.

Q: Who do I contact for questions during the virtual event?
A: Our team will be available to answer questions, assist, and optimize your experience throughout the meeting. If you have additional questions, please contact us directly at registration@imedex.com.  

Q. I am a member of the press and would like to participate in the virtual meeting. How can I do so?
A: Please visit our Press page reach out to pr@hmpglobal.com to complete a press access form. Once approved, you will be registered and receive a link to access.
